		<description>Congrats on getting in ... but sorry to hear about the injury. If you live in NYC, have you considered deep water running? I tried it out after an injury a couple years ago; the NYRRs have a course. You'll not get the pounding you want your legs to get acclimated to, but you can get a decent aerobic workout! At worst, you can defer your entry to 2009 and train properly, right?</description>
